MissionMap is a workshop tool that helps to create a shared mission. It's especially useful for diverse teams and networks working on complex challenges. Together you see the big picture and know where to go.
How does it work?
The direction
Each participant in the workshop adds building blocks to the MissionMap, creating an overview and revealing commonalities. A shared direction emerges.
The travellers
In the next step you map out the people who are involved. This way, you can identify who's needed, who's missing, and how to address any difficulties. This enables the group to navigate the social dynamics of their mission more effectively.
The journey
To bring about change, you must take action. Utilizing the overview, you can design interventions more intelligently. Implementing numerous small-scale interventions generates movement and opportunities for learning.
